welcome J.C. Parks Plumbing

A swamp cooler also known as an evaporative cooler is an economical way to cool your house in our Colorado climate. Since we experience freezing temperatures here is Denver, you will need to winterize your cooler every fall and then start it back up again in the spring after the last freeze.
J.C.Parks Plumbing Service offers the following swamp cooler services:

      Swamp Cooler Start

Includes turning the water on and fine tuning the cooler to perform at optimal cooling for the season. We suggest changing your aspen or synthetic pads once a year.

      Swamp Cooler Shut Down (Winterize)

Includes blowing out the water line, draining the water pan, covering cooler (cover not included), and any necessary disconnections. This process is necessary to prevent the water line from freezing..
